Through Blake’s 15 years of experience in personal development, education and recovery, she has healed the 3 main types of addiction: Eating Disorder (process), Cannabis (substance), and Love (chemical). Struggling with an eating disorder for over 15 years, she now celebrates 12 years fully recovered and 3 years without THC. She learned how to get to the core beliefs and issues causing her to live in cages that held her back from living a healthy and joyful life.
As a coach and teacher over the past decade, Blake has helped tens of thousands of women across the globe heal using EFT/Tapping. With the experience of speaking on live and virtual stages to thousands of people, sharing her story and tools to help transform lives, Blake is passionate about teaching from stage.
Her journey through unconscious and abusive relationships to finding her person was one of deep inner work on a consistent self love journey (that continues today). As a queer/pansexual/bisexual woman, she has experienced positive and negative relationships with every gender. She has worked through traumas that (unfortunately) many women face including sexual assault, physical, emotional and psychological abuse, bullying - and even being catfished by an ex on Instagram. She is a beacon of light and hope that through commitment to doing the work, we can heal ourselves, become free and create anything we imagine in our lives.
Passionate about helping other women find love in their life after heartbreak and addiction, Blake shares everything she knows in her trainings, content and coaching programs.
Blake is also a published singer-songwriter and loves to make music in her home studio and perform onstage.
